The main features of the app include the ability to convert Play rewards or coupons into monetary value, with payments being processed through UPI/VPA or digital wallets. It is important to note that there are charges associated with the conversion process. The app applies an in-app billing charge of 30% for the amount spent on digital goods purchases from the Play Store, in addition to a 10% charge on the total amount converted. For example, if a user wants to convert ₹500, they would be charged ₹150 as the in-app billing charge and ₹50 as the app's charge, resulting in a total deduction of ₹200. The user would receive the remaining ₹300.
The app aims to transfer the converted amount to the user's account within a time frame of 3-7 days, with a maximum of 15 days for larger transactions. However, it is essential for users to ensure that they provide accurate details during the conversion process. The app team verifies the provided payment source details, and any delays in the settlement of the amount may occur if incorrect details are submitted.
